exfoliation
A gentle yet highly effective enzyme peel is applied. This solution utilises enzymatic action to selectively dissolve the protein bonds (desmosomes) that hold dead, dull surface skin cells (senescent keratinocytes) to the epidermis. This process encourages natural cellular turnover and smoothes skin texture without causing significant irritation or requiring aggressive acids. This step also prepares the skin for enhanced ingredient absorption in the subsequent electroporation stage.
Dual Injector Pro – Electroporation:
This technology utilises a pulsed electrical current to temporarily disrupt the skin’s cell membrane (creating temporary aqueous channels). This process significantly enhances the absorption and penetration of key active ingredients in high-performance serums and essences deeper into the skin layers, optimising their biological effectiveness.
Dual Injector Pro – Radiofrequency (RF):
Tri-polar radiofrequency energy is delivered into the dermis. This energy generates controlled, therapeutic heat which causes an immediate contraction of existing mature collagen fibres. This thermal effect also stimulates the fibroblast cells—the skin’s collagen-producing factories—to initiate neocollagenesis (new collagen formation). The RF is applied to safely reach the optimal temperature required for dermal remodelling and skin tightening, leading to increased dermal density and a visible firming effect over time.

What happens during my treatment appointment?
Preparation
-The skin is cleansed and prepared for treatment using our brand Tidy Skincare to remove makeup, SPF, debris.
Your Skin Therapist will take your history and physically examine your skin to ensure that the treatment is appropriate for you.
Clinicare Painless Peel
Exfoliation/peeling step. A gentle effective enzyme peel is applied. This solution uses enzymatic action, rather than aggressive acids, to dissolve the bonds holding dead skin cells to the surface, encouraging natural exfoliation and smoothing skin texture without significant irritation.
Essence Application
A highly concentrated essence of active ingredients (such as Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamins, or Peptides) is applied to the skin. These ingredients are the nutrients that Electroporation will deliver deep into your skin, providing hydration and correction.
Electroporation
Needle-free product infusion
The smooth handpiece is guided gently over the skin where the active essence was applied. You may feel a slight, gentle tingling sensation. A micro-magnetic pulse temporarily opens tiny channels in the surface of the skin. This allows the large molecules of the serum to be safely pushed deep into the dermis without any injections.
Radiofrequency
Dermal Heating and Remodelling
The handpiece is continuously moved over the entire treatment area. A special glide cream will be applied, and you will feel a deep, comforting warmth. RF energy (radio waves) safely heats the water molecules in the deep dermal layers. This heat causes existing collagen fibres to contract immediately and triggers your skin to produce new collagen and elastin over the next few months.
